Alcohol was my go to for so many reasons, but as a woman who suffered from chronic depression, anxiety, and postpartum depression, it was the worst thing I could do to myself. When I decided I had finally had enough and needed to stop drinking, I dove into researching and practicing the best ways that I could create a sober new life. I knew not one single therapeutic was going to serve as a cure all, and I was going to have to be creative and curious. Utilizing a blend of Western medicine, nutrition, functional medicine, Ayurveda, mindfulness, yoga, and women's spirituality. I stocked my integrative sober toolbox, and it's led to an empowered sober life ever since.
