Why the Women's Community Wellness Collective?
The WCWC opened to serve the women in our local communities through every cycle of life via group classes, workshops, and gatherings, as well as individual support. We are passionate about providing a safe space where women can experience and create sisterhood, explore feminine spirituality, and comprehensive healing of body and mind.
Our members strive to live an empowered and embodied life, knowing that wellness is more than just being free from illness, but involves a process of change and growth towards a healthy lifestyle both mentally and physically.
Your Health & Wellness Matter
Put on your oxygen mask first! Our wellness collective specializes in holistically addressing women's mental health and comprehensive wellness through yoga, therapeutic movement and dance, meditation, moon circles, and more. The WCWC was formed by Joy Herbst, an integrative APRN/nurse practitioner, sober coach, and movement teacher, who is passionate about women’s sacred spaces for healing and growth.
Live With Passion & Purpose
Whether you're seeking ways to support an alcohol free lifestyle, holistically address your mental health, or gather and learn with other women in your community, you will find great support at the wellness collective! We care about sisterhood, meaningful living, movement, self care, healthy eating, and fostering creativity, helping you to live your life fully, with passion and purpose.
