COST: DROP IN $25
DATES: THURSDAYS 9.25, (No Class October 2nd Yom Kippur), 10.9, 10.16, 10.23, 10.30, 11.6.
LOCATION: Trumbull PT & Wellness, 6527 Main St, Trumbull, CT (driveway is light opposite Whitney Ave, building in rear of lot on right, the red brick/gray siding. Entrance to Center is at ramp/stairs next to trees, lower level).
